Jena Mays
Passionate about fitness from a young age, I’ve built a career as an ONNIT sponsored athlete and fitness model for brands like Adidas and Nike. My goal is to make fitness fun and accessible, teaching how to balance mind, body, and indulgences like queso. I strive to guide others to their best mental and physical selves.
Fitness has always been one of my top interests in life. From an early age, my parents instilled the importance of good eating habits and staying active. For as long as I can remember, fitness has been a top priority of mine. I feel extremely fortunate to be able to discuss and share the knowledge I have gained regarding my body and how it functions. What’s my purpose? Simple. I want to educate people on how fitness can be fun. I‘m here to help you discover what is going to work best for you! Because working out is amazing, BUT SO IS QUESO!
After graduating from Texas State University, I was hired by ONNIT. I’ve worked with the company for over 6 years, and I am now a full-time sponsored athlete. Being in a healthy work environment where I am surrounded by people who also put their health first has allowed me to thrive in this industry. Some of the other brands I’ve been fortunate enough to fitness model for are Body Building, Gold’s Gym, Adidas, and Nike.
I’ve also competed in both NPC and NFF fitness bikini competitions. Winning first place was a short-lived high for me, and I knew that I wanted to take my passion to the next level. I wanted to do more with the health and wellness knowledge I had acquired over the years, so I made it one of my life goals to educate people on how to bring their mind, body, and soul together. Ultimately, I want people to discover the best version of themselves, both mentally and physically.
