Dilan Gomih
Dilan Gomih, a Yale and Harvard graduate, is a multifaceted wellness leader and diversity advocate. Featured in major publications and a competitor on American Ninja Warrior, she’s worked in strategic roles at Barry’s, CrossFit, Equinox, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and led a project for Harvard’s Anti-Racism Task-Force. Dilan also runs a personal training practice for high-performance professionals.
Dilan Gomih is a wellness leader focused on creating impact in the wellness and diversity & inclusion spaces. Her mission is to inspire and empower people to unlock their own potential in a way that is personalized and fun.Her work and workouts have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Insider, PopSugar, and PureWow. She also recently competed on American Ninja Warrior.Â
Her other experiences included leading Digital Talent Strategy at Barry’s (where she continues to teach), Strategic Initiatives at CrossFit and Equinox as well as working in Foreign Exchange & Senior Relationship Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She also had the incredible honor of project managing Harvard Business School’s Anti-Racism Task-Force. In addition, she continues to lead her own personal training practice focused on helping high performance professionals implement wellness solutions into their lifestyles.Â
Dilan holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is also a National Academy of Sports Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Behavior Change Specialist.Â
