Education & Experience: B.S. in Nutrition Science; registered dietetic technician; member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
I’ve always had a strong passion for health and wellness—and I decided to share that passion with the world. I’m a dietetic technician—which allows me to help others prevent and manage chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease. I’m also in a unique position to education the public about good nutrition, and what it lends to a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve worked with people of all backgrounds and skill levels, including elite athletes, to beginners who are just learning how to boil water. (Really.) There’s no one-size-fits-all or silver bullet to living a healthier life—so I work with each individual’s unique needs, genetics, and lifestyle to create a science-based nutrition plan that leads to long-term results.
