About Rachel

"I really just don't want any of you to think that you can't do it. I've been there. I've been knocked down and I had second thoughts about if I could really get back up. But I did. I want the same for all of you! If Team 1and1, my workouts, and advice can help you do that, then I'll be satisfied!"

Rachel Cook (also known as "Ray Ray" by her friends and family) was born and raised in Maple Valley, Washington and is 21 years old. When she was 13 years old, she was confronted by a model scout in the mall while she was with her Mother and Grandma. This resulted in Rachel becoming a full time model after graduating high-school.

She then moved to New York to pursue modeling further, was let down by the whole situation, and decided to quit. While back home in Washington, her drive, determination, and will to succeed would not let her give up on her dream. She worked harder than ever before to jumpstart her career again in modeling. She moved to LA, and is now living out the type of career as a model that she's always dreamt of. Rachel is currently signed with LA Models and Heffner Management Seattle.

Rachel uses many sources of inspiration, but her main source is actually herself. Her motto is "I can't come this far to only come this far." This mindset pushes her through the many ups and downs that she faces. She loves working out every day, being outside, camping and hiking. Her career, fitness and wellness goals are her main focus, and she believes in keeping her family as close as possible through her journey.

Once you become a "Doer," you become unstoppable!

Hey guys! It’s Rach again :) I hope everyone is doing good. Just thought I would share with you what’s been on my mind lately. I’ve found that the satisfaction that you get from just doing the things you have always said you will do is the most empowering thing ever. Once you become a doer, you become unstoppable. It’s easy to just say you will do something, but actually doing these things is the only way to grow and change for the better.   For me, I’ve always said that I would try skiing. My brother started years ago and always invited me to go up to the ski lodge with him and my Grandpa...

To me, everyone is beautiful, and I honestly mean that.

Hey guys! Rachel here! :) How is everyone doing? I'm so excited to be able to share my thoughts with you guys through a blog. I've been looking forward to this and it's going to be a great opportunity for me to communicate with everyone. In this first blog, I want to talk about body acceptance. I really think that its important to have self-love and respect for your body. To me, everyone is beautiful, and I honestly mean that. You know your own body, and have your own fitness goals. Focus on yourself and not the comments of others! I want to stress that it is extremely healthy and important...
