Chocolate and vanilla flavored Dymatize ISO 100 Whey Protein Powder

I tested the vanilla and chocolate flavors

My Experience With Dyamtize ISO

Taste Test

I looked at texture, consistency, and whether there was any funky residue left after mixing. Both the vanilla and chocolate flavors scored well.

Vanilla was smooth and not too sweet. I could see myself drinking this protein often. Chocolate was a lot richer and not too sweet, either. It tasted like a protein-packed chocolate milkshake.

I didn’t experience any grit or unpleasant aftertaste. And there wasn’t too much foam in either. They were both solid flavors that I could drink with just water.

Adding a banana or peanut butter or something would have taken it to the next level!

Bang for your buck

Dymatize ISO 100 is $1.24 per serving, which is excellent considering the average per serving cost is around $2.

But keep in mind, the price per serving will vary depending on the size of tub you buy and where you buy it from.

Either way, one thing is for certain. ISO 100 is about premium gains without the premium price.

Nutritional value

ISO 100 is a clean protein with a light ingredient profile. It does not contain unnecessary fillers.

However, it does contain artificial flavors and sucralose, as well as milk and soy, so for those with sensitivities, keep that in mind. The main ingredient, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, is fast and easy for your body to absorb, which will help to expedite your muscle recovery.

Overall, it’s about balancing a clean profile with practical needs like shelf life and taste. And here, ISO 100 strikes a solid balance, giving you 25 grams of protein per scoop without a long list of additives.

It’s not perfect — no supplement is — but it’s a reliable, clean protein that will support your fitness journey without breaking the bank. Whether you’re just starting or deep into your fitness path, ISO 100 has the nutritional value to back up its reputation.

Dymatize ISO 100 is NSF certified, which means it’s been through the wringer to ensure what’s on the label is what’s in the tub.

This certification is your peace of mind that you’re getting quality, without any banned substances or shady fillers.

It’s like having a quality guarantee stamped right on your gains.
